Authentic hotel in Amsterdam with its own style. Location of the hotel is great. Tram to the city centre and bus stop to the airport are just outside the door.
Breakfast could have been better.

I had a good sleep here. The bed was comfortable and as well as the bedding.
Dirty rooms and especially the bathroom. The water pressure was low. The shower trays were slippery, the shower head was placed too low for a tall person over 185 cm (but it couldn't be otherwise).

Great location in a hip quarter of Amsterdam. Not very touristy, more locals. Great restaurants nearby.

Porter closes the door of the hotel at 10 p.m., when return even 30 minutes later you start humiliating begging so he lets you in. Looks kind of idiotic - if you want to keep the place secure, let the people open the door with their room key.

The location is excellent. Right in the centre. This is already second time we stayed at this hotel. Breakfast is good. This time we took twin Superior room as otherwise the rooms are too small. Staff was very nice....

The room was very small and after checking in we noticed quite a channel smell! After filling the shower drain the problem was solved. No one should have been in the room for a while. The windows are ancient and quite draughty! One washer and no gasket. For a short stay OK. Great location because you are immediately in the city center!

The spacious room featured French cosmetics and comfy bathrobes. The daily breakfast included fresh pastries and good fruits, all while being surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood filled with parks and stores. The decor appeared in need of a refresh, with some areas looking a bit tired. Breakfast options were limited compared to nearby cafes, and cleanliness varied slightly .

Poor noise insulation of windows. My room was on the 1th floor - i could not sleep good, because someone was constantly rustling outside. Unfortunately, it was all very well hear, though my window was closed. I concider that silent nighttime - it is very important.
